Q: I’d like to blog your items. How do I do this?
A: You can either purchase the items you wish. Or send us a NC with your name, blog link and style you prefer/item(s) interested in.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes, we sure do! Custom orders are taken by both of us and will only be done at our discretion. Don’t let that deter you in any way, but we have to say that as a disclaimer just in case. ^.^

Q: ZOMG do you want to rent at mah sim?
A: Thank you for asking, but we’re very picky so most likely..no.

Q: Will you let me have a template for free?
A: Excuse my language…fuck no. Asking will only get you blacklisted in my book and banned from the sim. This is something we don’t take lightly. It is not only against the law, but against our own ethics.

Q: If I missed a freebie/promo price item, can I get it anyways?
A: We’re sorry, but no. This is why we advertise the promotional ending date so that everyone has a chance to get at the deal!

Q: What if I want to send a gift?
A: Until we can set up a gift card system, please just send a NC with: item name, person to send it to, optional gift note and payment. Item will be sent within 24 hours of receiving it. If for some oddball reason the giftee hasn’t seen the item within 48 hours, please let us know. We all know how SL is funny sometimes so we may have not gotten your request. Orrrr you can search us up on XStreet!

Q: Will you change permissions on an item if I ask?
A: No.

Q: I decided I didn’t like what I purchased. Can I get my money back?
A: If the item is no transfer then sadly no. We do not offer refunds for anything no transfer. Please review all pictures/ads and try out demos if available. Refunds will only be given for accidental double purchases.

Q: What if I want a different texture or color on an item?
A: Feel free to ask. Yes, it will only be done at our discretion. But it definitely is a possibility. We strive to keep our customers happy!

Q: I’m missing a delivery from XStreet. What should I do?
A: Please send myself or Mike Franklin a NC with the transaction details. We ask that you send this within 48 hours of purchase. Once we receive it, the item will be resent  to you.
